This document sets out the general terms (the 'Terms') for using the Fluxent Equity platform. It governs the rights and obligations between you as a user and the platform operator. Please read these Terms carefully and in full before using the platform, opening an account or carrying out transactions. They form the legal basis of use and are binding for both parties.
By registering, logging in, using the offered features or performing other activities on Fluxent Equity you expressly and fully accept these Terms of Use. Use of Fluxent Equity is permitted only for adults aged 18 or over. Minors or persons without full legal capacity may not use the platform. If there is suspicion of breach of this age requirement we reserve the right to block, restrict or delete accounts.
The operation of the platform may be subject to temporary technical interruptions, maintenance windows, updates or outages – e.g. due to market volatility, high server load or external events. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features, algorithms, pricing models or available markets may be expanded, changed, restricted or discontinued at any time without giving rise to claims against Fluxent Equity.
All platform content – texts, graphics, design, software, algorithms, trademarks, logos and AI-based analyses – is protected by copyright, trademark and other rights and is the property of Fluxent Equity or its licensors. Any reproduction, distribution, public communication or commercial use without our express written consent is prohibited and may have civil and criminal consequences.
As a user you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided (e.g. identification data, contacts, payment information) is correct, complete and up to date. False or misleading information may result in account suspension, withholding of withdrawals or legal action. Your personal data is processed only in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR. We apply high security and transparency standards.
All investment and trading decisions you make via Fluxent Equity – whether manually or via AI automations – are your sole responsibility and at your own risk. Fluxent Equity provides a technical infrastructure but does not offer personal financial advice, recommendations or guarantees of profit. Financial markets (including stocks and cryptocurrencies) can be highly volatile and may result in the complete loss of invested capital. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Only invest funds you can afford to lose.
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time – for example due to regulatory changes, technical developments or new market requirements. We will inform you in good time (usually at least 14 days in advance) by email, platform messages or on the website. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect is deemed acceptance. For material changes you may close your account.
